Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 1, 2025

What we collect, why we collect it, and how you get it deleted — in plain terms.

Summary: We collect minimal data to operate the Platform, never sell your information, and give you full control over your privacy preferences. Read on for the full details.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide (such as your email address when signing up or contacting us), technical data automatically collected when you use the Platform (such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs), and usage analytics to understand how features are used. We do not collect or store AI model inference outputs or any data you process through connected AI agents.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: (a) operate and improve the Platform; (b) send service-related communications such as security notices or product updates; (c) respond to your inquiries and support requests; (d) detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents; (e) comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential Platform functionality, user preference storage, and aggregate analytics. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through our Cookie Preferences page. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the Platform to function. See our full Cookie Policy for details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements; (b) law enforcement or government authorities when required by law; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to the same privacy commitments.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform services and comply with our legal obligations. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Server access logs are retained for 30 days. Analytics data is aggregated and de-identified after 12 months.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"); object to or restrict certain processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@modelintegrity.dev.

7. GDPR — European Users

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal bases for processing personal data are: legitimate interests (analytics, security, product improvement), contract performance (providing the service you requested), legal obligation, and consent (where explicitly obtained). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. CCPA — California Residents

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a verifiable consumer request, contact privacy@modelintegrity.dev.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, access controls and principle of least privilege, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
