The rules of the road for ModelIntegrity — including what our scores do and don't guarantee.
By accessing or using ModelIntegrity.dev ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
ModelIntegrity.dev provides an AI model evaluation and governance intelligence platform, including benchmark scoring, compliance framework assessments, hardware planning tools, and AI agent interfaces. The Platform is provided "as is" for informational and research purposes.
All compliance scores, benchmark data, and governance assessments provided on this Platform are heuristic computations and informational estimates — they are NOT official certifications, legal opinions, or regulatory approvals. You are solely responsible for validating any model against your applicable regulatory requirements before deployment. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModelIntegrity.dev and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on compliance or benchmark data.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond what is provided through our API; (d) reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize Platform content without prior written permission; (e) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
All content on the Platform, including benchmark methodologies, scoring algorithms, UI designs, and documentation, is the property of ModelIntegrity.dev or its licensors. Underlying open-weight model data is sourced from public repositories and attributed accordingly. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
The Platform may reference or link to third-party websites, model repositories, and evaluation reports. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. References to specific models, benchmarks, or organizations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsement.
Use of the ModelIntegrity API is subject to rate limits and fair-use policies. API access is provided for non-commercial research and integration purposes. Commercial use of the API requires a separate license agreement. We reserve the right to suspend API access for misuse or excessive usage.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
